TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The requestor/celebrant must be a resident, school, church and business establishment in Valenzuela.
2. The policy of “FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE” basis is applied.
3. A reservation fee of Php 2,000.00 is required upon approval of the booking request to be deducted from the total rental rate due. Rental fee Php 15,000.00 for the first three (3) hours (inclusive of load-in and load-out) and Php 3,000.00 for succeeding hour/s or a fraction thereof. Full payment must be settled within thirty (30) days after payment of the reservation fee. Full payment required if the booked date is less than 30 days. Failure to pay in full within the prescribed period, the booking will automatically be cancelled. Excess hours, damages and loss, if any, shall be charged payable online via electronic payment channel within two (2) working days after the event.
4. In case another event will follow, the city can restrict the time extension of the event.
5. The reservation fee and full payment are NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-REBOOKABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE, except in the event of cancellation by the City Government for reasons of general welfare and in the event of Force Majeure.
6. Renter must inform the Admin Office of any cancellation of the event not later than sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled date.
7. The use of the venue starts at 8:00 A.M until 11:59 P.M.
8. Pending approval of the request and confirmation of booking, distribution of invitations, ticket selling, posting of streamers/tarpaulins and other form of announcements are discouraged.
9. Catering services of your choice is permitted. The caterer must bring out all their catering equipment and trash, including left-over food when leaving the venue.
10. COOKING is not allowed inside the venue. Use of open flame (LPG, Butane) are prohibited.
11. Food carts are subject for assessment and approval.
12. Sound systems, chairs, tables, catering supplies/equipment and decorative materials are to be provided by the renter/caterer. Checking in or handling of the supplies/equipment brought inside the venue will be renter’s responsibility.
13. Renter can do their creative decorations as long as lightings, fixtures and furnishings will not be moved/removed. Paints, nails, screws, staples and other penetrating items that can damage the doors, walls, ceilings, staircase, etc is not permitted. Installation of big/high trashes, stage, LED wall and inflatable’s must be coordinated with the building/venue administrators. All decorations, catering supplies and other equipment must be removed right after the event.
14. Absolutely NO ILLEGAL DRUG USE OR SMOKING in the venue, restrooms, rooms and pantry at any time during the event.
15. Prevent illegal activities within the venue such as violent activities, public nudity, lewd entertainment and lascivious activities.
16. Firearms, explosives, flammable materials and dangerous weapons are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
17. Adhere to the maximum allowable number of guests prescribed in the venue.
18. If alcoholic drinks are to be served, make sure that guests drink responsibly and in moderation.
19. Noise regulation applies. Amplified sound system, videoke or live music/band must be toned down to a level that the volume will be compiled within the venue for the duration of the event as a courtesy to the neighborhood and in compliance with the city Ordinance.
20. Equipments, gadgets, appliances and musical instruments that would consume much electrical loads are subject for assessment and approval by the City Engineering Office and/or Building Administrator.
21. Peace and order must be ensured. Any form of physical violence will not be tolerated and will be a cause for immediate expulsion.
22. Minimum health protocols must be complied with.
23. Due to limited parking space, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis applies.
24. Fireworks are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
25. No pets allowed inside the venue.
26. Genset is not available for now.
27. Fog Machines are not allowed to be used within the venue.
