DALANDANAN EVENTS SPACE 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The requestor/celebrant must be a resident of Valenzuela. If the celebrant is infant, toddler or pre-schooler and no valid ID available, the parent can upload his/her ID with proof of relationship to the celebrant.

2. Schools, churches, office and business establishments must be situated in Valenzuela.

3. The policy of “FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE” basis is applied. 

4. A reservation fee of Php 1,000.00 is required upon approval of the booking request to be deducted from the total rental rate due. Rental fee Php 6,000.00 for the first three (3) hours (inclusive of load-in and load-out) and Php 1,500.00 for succeeding hour/s or a fraction thereof. Full payment must be settled within thirty (30) days after payment of the reservation fee. Full payment required if the booked date is less than 30 days. Failure to pay in full within the prescribed period, the booking will automatically be cancelled. Excess hours, damages and losses, if any, shall be charged payable online via electronic payment channel within two (2) working days after the event. Failure to settle the same at the given period shall be ground for denial of future booking.

5. In case another event will follow, the city can restrict the time extension of the event.

6. The reservation fee and full payment are NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-REBOOKABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE, except in the event of cancellation by the City Government for reasons of general welfare and in the event of Force Majeure.

7. Renter must cancel the booking in the dashboard if ever the event will not push through.

8. The events place operating hours starts at 8:00 A.M until 11:59 P.M. 

9. Pending approval of the request and confirmation of booking, distribution of invitations, ticket selling, posting of streamers/tarpaulins and other form of announcements are discouraged.

10. Catering services and suppliers of your choice are permitted. The caterer/supplier must bring out all their equipment, materials and trash, including left-over food upon leaving the events place.

11. COOKING is not allowed inside the venue. Use of open flame ( LPG, Butane ) are prohibited. 

12. Food carts are subject for assessment and approval.

13. Sound systems, chairs, tables, catering supplies/equipment and decorative materials are to be provided by the renter/caterer. Checking in or handling of the supplies/equipment brought inside the venue will be renter’s responsibility.

14. Renter can do their creative decorations as long as lightings, fixtures and furnishings will not be moved/removed. Paints, nails, screws, staples and other penetrating items that can damage the doors, walls, ceilings, staircase, etc is not permitted. Installation of big/high trashes, stage, LED wall and inflatable’s must be coordinated with the building/venue administrators. All decorations, catering supplies and other equipment must be removed right after the event.  

15. Absolutely NO ILLEGAL DRUG USE OR SMOKING in the events place, restrooms, bridal room and pantry at any time during the event.

16. Prevent illegal activities within the venue such as violent activities, public nudity, lewd entertainment and lascivious activities.

17. Firearms, explosives, flammable materials and dangerous weapons are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

18. Adhere to the maximum allowable number of guests prescribed in the events place.

19. If alcoholic drinks are to be served, make sure that guests drink responsibly and in moderation.

20. Noise regulation applies. Amplified sound system, videoke or live music/band must be in toned down to a level that the volume will be compiled within the venue for the duration of the event as a courtesy to the neighborhood and in compliance with the city Ordinance.

21. Equipment, gadgets, appliances and musical instruments that would consume much electrical loads are subject for assessment and approval by the City Engineering Office and/or Building Administrator. Form on the schedule of load must be downloaded and uploaded once accomplished.

22. Peace and order must be ensured. Any form of physical violence will not be tolerated and will be a cause for immediate expulsion.

23. Minimum health protocols must be complied with.

24. Due to limited parking space, FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis applies. 

25. Fireworks are strictly prohibited inside the events place.

26. No pets allowed inside the venue.

27. Genset is not available for now.  

28. Fog Machines are not allowed to be used within the events place.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PAYMENT :

This allows customers or residents, otherwise known as the “User” of the City Government of Valenzuela to process booking and make payments of fees and charges digitally or electronically and can process transactions at the comfort of the user’s location whether in the country or overseas.

1. Payment Service Provider, also known as the intermediary, allows and provides payment electronic and digital payment solutions and options. It is a convenient, fast and easy way to make payment.

2. The fees herein indicated and payment channel / option identified may be subject to changes depending on the Electronic / Digital Payment Service Provider, otherwise known as the intermediary, update, concern and policy and transaction limits shall also apply.

3. If the intermediary is not available at the time of processing of payment, kindly process your payment using other payment options.

4. The intermediary will receive the full amount of the convenience fees. The City Government of Valenzuela has no share in these fees, which are collected on top of the assessed amount due to the City Government.

5. Once the user has accepted the Terms and Conditions, the next step will be in the site of the preferred payment channel, the system of the City Government of Valenzuela shall not be liable for resultant effects of any server slow down or session time out by the payment channel.

6. The User agrees, understands and confirms that his/ her personal data including without limitation to details relating to card/ bank/ e-wallet transmitted may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft and/ or fraud and that the City Government of Valenzuela has no control and liability over such matters.

7. Once the User has registered and paid through the payment channel, the City Government of Valenzuela is not liable for any concerns regarding cancelation of the transaction under any circumstances. Likewise, the City Government shall not be liable for any claim of refund by the User relative thereto.

8. The User accepts that the City Government of Valenzuela shall be free and immune from consequences caused by fraudulent transaction(s) on account of misuse of card/ bank/ e-wallet details that are beyond its control.

9. The User agrees that the credit/debit card/e-wallet details provided by him/her in relation to and in availing the aforesaid Service(s) must be correct and accurate and that the User warrants his/her actual ownership of the credit/debit card/e-wallet or that he/she has the authority to use the same. The User further agrees and undertakes to provide correct and valid credit/debit card/e-wallet details.

10.The User may pay taxes, fees and other charges using a credit/debit card/ewallet account. By initiating a payment transaction or by issuing preferred payment channel instruction and providing his/ her card/ bank/ e-wallet details, the User warrants, agrees and confirms that:

a. The User is fully and lawfully entitled to use such card/ bank/ e-wallet account for such transactions;

b. The User is responsible in ensuring that the card/ bank/ e-wallet account details provided by him/ her are accurate;

c. The User is authorizing a debit of the nominated card/ bank/ e-wallet account for the payment of corresponding taxes, fees and charges selected by such User along with the applicable incidental charges;

d. The User is responsible in ensuring the availability of sufficient credit/balance on the nominated card/ bank/ e-wallet account at the time of payment in order to proceed with the transaction and payment of all corresponding online services dues owing to the City Government;

11.The Terms and Conditions contained herein are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and the User agrees that all suits intended to enforce and/ or dispute(s) arising from this Agreement will only be settled in the proper courts of the City of Valenzuela to the exclusion of all other courts.

12.The User affirms that he/she has read and fully understood the Terms and Conditions of the City Government of Valenzuela's Online Service before entering the payment channel and hereby agrees to be bound by the said terms and conditions.
